There is liquidity in the commercial lending market!

money is still available. Some banks have pulled back from lending, however, unlike 2008, there is liquidity in our market. According to RCA, in 2008-2009, 50% of the debt was originated by CMBS Lenders. Today, there are much more diversified lender groups and commercial mortgage-backed securities only account for 15% of originations.

The remainder of the debt is spread between financial funds, insurance companies, national, international and regional banks and government agencies. All of this indicates that money is available.
